To develop and facilitate the healing centers of the future where people step into their own authority to create, heal and access their innate wisdom and power through masterful facilitation and experiences.
The Vitalist Institute is dedicated to returning people to their innate source of power.
There are many different ways to access greater embodiment, increased awareness, and transformational states and each individual has to create theirs. Many will say their way is the way, and we agree, their way is the way for them. We are dedicated to providing safe and potent content through qualified leaders that lead you to direct experience.
We guide people to transformationally lead themselves which means doing something different, inventing new rules and roads that produce meaningful results.

Our faculty all have 20, 30, 40 and 50+ years experience teaching and facilitating transformational healing. In a world of overnight social media stars, we only bring forth the teachers that have put in the time, impacted thousands of lives, and never thought twice about the size of their popularity.
Our programs focus on methods that everyone with a body and brain can already do, wherever they are, no matter what age or ability and can therefore remain accessible to every population with a goal of helping people heal themselves.
Who We Are
We are multi-lineage holding teachers and healers bringing transformational arts sessions, retreats and trainings since 2002 specializing in safe spaces to heal, transform and evolve.

My work supports people who are interested in creating a life of authentic expression. Over the last 20+ years, I have collaborated with over 5,000 individuals in their efforts to meet and understand stress-related challenges in their lives such as dis-ease, grief, sensations of pain, states of feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, depressed or anxious, victimhood and so much more. Through this work, I have found that every individual is capable of amazing things when they are being their authentic self.

I invite everyone to be well; to be an active participant in cultivating a healthy lifestyle. My work is in joining people in a co-creative process of healing and betterment, helping them to understand how powerful the mind and body really are, and how each organ and symptom is part of a larger system. And how that system is part of the culture and the larger system of the planet, holistically approaching the micro and macrocosms of ourselves, and our world thus evoking harmony and wellbeing— true empowerment! Allowing healing to come from within the individual self.
